Roll-up exhibitions about Magdi across the country

The Archdiocese of Veszprém is enthusiastically preparing for the beatification of Mary Magdalene Bódi in 2025. During the remaining time until April 26, the archdiocese hopes that the faithful will have the opportunity to learn more about Magdi’s life, vocation, and spiritual legacy.

To assist with this, the archdiocese has commissioned roll-up posters that clearly and concisely present Magdi’s worldview and Christian virtues. These qualities – love of nature, determination and hope, faith, creativity and love, joy, as well as courage – represent eternal values that can still guide every believer today.

The roll-ups are not only exhibited at home, in the domestic environment, but also in the Catholic dioceses beyond the borders, so that the life and example of Mary Magdalene Bódi can be known to a wider audience. The delivery of the roll-ups has already begun, and in the Diocese of Pécs, the faithful can already view these beautifully designed displays in the St. Peter and St. Paul Cathedral and the Sacred Heart Chapel.

One of the key messages of Mary Magdalene Bódi’s life is that we can experience God’s love in our everyday actions. The messages featured on the roll-ups remind us that the power of faith and hope can overcome any difficulties, and that love always finds a way to reach hearts.

The Archdiocese of Veszprém asks everyone to accompany the preparation for the beatification in prayer, and if possible, to visit the exhibitions that help make Magdi’s spirit and faith accessible. We trust that the fruits of the preparations will enrich the spiritual treasury of the faithful not only on the day of beatification but also in the long term.
